**Position Overview**:

- We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales/Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in one of the thriving US nearshore locations, including Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, or Peru.
- In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our sales efforts, identifying potential leads, and nurturing client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting techniques to identify and generate leads.
- Qualification: Assess lead viability and qualification through effective questioning and information gathering.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their pain points and business objectives.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role.**
- **Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish.**
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively evaluate and prioritize leads.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.

**Salary**: From $10,000.00 per month
