“Sales Operations es un área donde desarrollas habilidades de análisis, pensamiento crítico, manejo de bases de datos (Excel se vuelve tu mejor amigo), automatización de procesos, solución a problemas y contacto directo con las fuerzas de ventas. Todo esto con el propósito de dejar tu granito de arena y contribuir para mejorar la vida de las personas, que es el objetivo principal que tiene Lilly. Sin duda alguna, es un área donde aprendes mucho y desarrollas muchas habilidades que te servirán para toda la vida. De igual manera, puedes estar seguro de que cualquier inquietud que llegara a surgirte, siempre habrá alguien dispuesto a ayudarte y brindarte apoyo".

Tus principales responsabilidades en Sales Operations serán:

Administración del universos de clientes y sus datos maestros (definición, mantenimiento, mejora, limpieza). Seguimiento, asesoría y alineación en las estrategias de Productividad para la fuerza de ventas. Generación de reportes ad-hoc, de inteligencia de negocios y cruces de bases de datos. Participación en proyectos especiales de SPP. Soporte a fuerza de ventas en el CRM.

Estudias: Finanzas, Ingenierías, Actuaria, Economía, Carreras administrativas, data analytics y afines.  Te falta un año o más para titularte. Tienes disponibilidad por las mañanas.
