Your tasks as Marketing and Sales Support Intern involve, among others:

Management of the Lufthansa eXperts portal (Registration, Deregistration, Modification of users) with or without a plaque in Mexico and CENAM Translation of marketing material content Updating presentations Updating and creating flyers Sending and tracking invitations to events, courses, and training sessions Preparing necessary materials for events and Account Managers' visits Plaque registration process for new agencies Manual operations (manual operations registration process) Sending giveaways and materials to events throughout the country Control and administration of courier services Warehouse (control, arrangement, inventory) Consumables (general stationery, toner, paper, pens, etc.) Archiving agreements

* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

o be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

Currently studying a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar Fluency in English & Spanish language required  Proactivity Responsibility Commitment Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in Outlook Time management Hybrid model after 2 weeks
