Descripción del empleo
Controlar y administrar la cartera de cuentas por cobrar para ventas nacionales OEMs y tiers en Bosch México, coadyuvando para agilizar los procesos internos, minimizando el riesgo y garantizando el cumplimiento de la política local y fiscal referente al área de cuentas por cobrar:
Coordinación con los equipos internos para la facturación especial, notas de crédito y retroactivos. Seguimiento puntual de la cobranza. Control documental ordenado. Controles internos que aplican a cuentas por cobrar Proyectos relacionados con cuentas por cobrar Reportes de cierre de mes Servicio a clientes internos y externos Apoyo en auditorías internas y externas brindando la información solicitada
Requisitos
Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Contaduría, Administración, Finanzas.
Experiencia laboral: 2 años de experiencia en trabajos similares como mínimo
Habilidades:
Manejo de Sistemas Modulo AR (account receivable) en SAP Manejo de Paquetería Office Servicio y atención a clientes internos y externos Conocimientos básicos en requisitos fiscales de facturación y complement de pago Idioma Inglés Avanzado Deseable manejo de SAP.Soft Skills:
Negociación Trabajo en equipo Comunicación Orientación a resultados Orientación a futuro Trabajo con empresas multiculturales o internacionales.
