¿Qué harás como Sales Operations Analyst en SEE?

Como Sales Operations Analyst en SE, serás esponsable de la recopilación, análisis y reporte de datos relacionados con las ventas en un esfuerzo continuo por aumentar la productividad y rentabilidad general de las ventas, brindando un alto apoyo a los equipos de ventas en la gestión de información confiable para el proceso de toma de decisiones.

¿Por qué te necesitamos?

Analizar los resultados y tendencias de ONE SEE para identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de negocio y la experiencia del cliente. Formular acciones recomendadas para obtener compromiso, alinear recursos y ejecutar con éxito iniciativas de mejora empresarial. Recopilar, analizar, evaluar y reportar datos con el propósito de aumentar la productividad de ventas. Crear herramientas visuales efectivas de gestión de rendimiento (por ejemplo, paneles de control, tarjetas de puntuación, etc.) para mejorar la gestión empresarial. Asistir a la gestión en la integración de informes de KPI para revisiones de negocio, preparación de pronósticos y procesos presupuestarios. Gestión de C4C: Apoyar a ventas en el uso correcto de la herramienta, capacitación al personal de ventas, panel de resultados.

¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en este rol?

Experiencia demostrada y exitosa en el diseño de métricas y herramientas de rendimiento empresarial (dashboards, scorecards, bowling charts etc.) Conocimiento avanzado de Excel y alta competencia en otras aplicaciones de Microsoft Office, incluyendo Word y PowerPoint. Inglés Conversacional Power BI (deseable)
