Elaboration and review of all type of agreements executed by RCI in LATAM region. Tracking of all reports and archive.
• Elaboración de los contratos para todos los productos y servicios de RCI.
• Revisión de los contratos de proveedores.
• Revisión de los términos y condiciones de todas las ofertas, concursos y campañas de marketing de RCI.
• Mantenimiento y organización del Archivo físico y digital de RCI.
• Gobierno Corporativo de todas las empresas del Grupo RCI. Elaboración de Actas de Asamblea y del Consejo de Administración, así como el otorgamiento y revocación de poderes.
• Trámites ante distintas entidades gubernamentales.
• Coordinación de Abogados Externos, Notarias/Escribanos y Gestores.
• Asesorar a todas las áreas de la empresa.
• Elaboración de reportes para el Corporativo.
