Most of the time is spent supervising the area of responsibility, planning, prioritizing and/or directing employee responsibilities. Goal achievement is usually achieved through direct and/or indirect reporting. Management and supervision professionals focused on strategic activities within a specific area. Levels within the management career stream typically have three or more direct reports. A Corporate Manager typically manages a department or small unit that includes multiple teams led by lower-ranking Team Leaders (Coordinators), specialists and/or analysts.
Responsibilities generally include:
Ownership of the short and medium term (1-3 years) execution of the functional strategy and direction of the Department.
The problems faced are often complex and require extensive research and analysis. Requires the ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and the ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.
Your next challenge:
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide legal advice to all areas of the company, as well as verify compliance with the regulatory framework applicable to the industry through the planning of legal strategies.
- Maintain control over suppliers, as well as validate monthly expenses in the organization.
- Provide legal advice to all areas of the organization in order to guarantee compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to the sector.
- Keep the corporate structure of the company updated.
- Maintain control over the organization's suppliers.
- Provide legal advice to the various areas of the organization.
- Participate in key processes for the acquisition of goods and services and manage the organization's supplier base.
