Estamos buscando un Head of Sales dinámico y enfocado en resultados para liderar la estrategia comercial y alcanzar los objetivos de ventas, para una empresa internacional del sector financiero. Como Head of Sales, tendrás la emocionante oportunidad de dirigir y desarrollar un equipo de ventas altamente capacitado y motivado. Serás responsable de establecer y ejecutar estrategias innovadoras para impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas, identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar relaciones comerciales sólidas con distribuidores automotrices. Además, supervisarás de cerca el desempeño del equipo de ventas, proporcionando orientación y apoyo continuo para garantizar el éxito individual y colectivo.


Responsabilidades:


  • Liderar la implementación de la estrategia comercial de la empresa para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias innovadoras para impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas y aumentar la participación en el mercado.
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas con distribuidores automotrices clave.
  • Supervisar y gestionar de cerca el desempeño del equipo de ventas, proporcionando orientación, capacitación y apoyo continuo.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y colaborar con otros departamentos para desarrollar soluciones
  • Analizar y evaluar constantemente el mercado y la competencia para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y amenazas potenciales.
  • Preparar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño de ventas y presentar análisis detallados a la alta dirección.


Requisitos:


  • Licenciatura en áreas Económico-Administrativas o campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia comprobada en ventas, preferiblemente en la industria automotriz, con un historial exitoso de liderazgo y logro de objetivos.
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, negociación y resolución de problemas.
  • Orientado(a) a resultados, con una mentalidad estratégica y capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno dinámico y acelerado.
