Assist in the Contingent Worker compliance and program updates
Assist TA Operations Director with TA operational projects
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience
Experience: A minimum of 1 year working in a ticketing system and processing daily ticket requests
English: advanced to fluent level, report to USA
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes & procedures
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Experience in Workday, preferred
Ability to complete tasks within procedures with minimal supervision
Able to provides key improvements to existing processes and new projects
