Garantizar los procesos y administración de compensaciones y beneficios a través de una operación eficiente en recursos humanos.

En este rol tus responsabilidades serán:

Elaborar los análisis de compensación para los procesos de contratación, promoción y movimientos de personal alineando la competitividad, equidad, estructura y Paymix. Planeación y ejecución del proceso de incremento salarial anual en la región (México, Colombia y Puerto Rico). Administrar y actualizar la estructura de puestos, unidad de negocio y managers en HCM. Implementación, control y administración de la estructura salarial (job family, job level and Job function). Planeación y ejecución del proceso para el pago del bono anual en la región (México, Puerto Rico y Colombia). Administración, control y ejecución del pago mensual y trimestral de la compensación variable para las áreas de ventas. Cumplimiento y actualización de las diferentes Políticas de Compensaciones, Beneficios, así como de los procedimientos y procesos de control interno ICQ´s Participar en las encuestas de compensaciones y beneficios en el mercado (AON y Mercer) Cumplir con el % de HR KPI´s, reportes de HC y costos de personal.

Para este rol se necesita:

.- años en posiciones de compensaciones y beneficios manejando regiones (México, Colombia y Puerto Rico) para empresas trasnacionales o multinacionales .-Manejo de Excel avanzado .-Manejo de SAP/ HCM intermedio-avanzado Licenciatura en carrera económico – administrativas Inglés avanzado
