In SCPA, we substantiate our customers’ claims regarding the quality, safety, security, and sustainability performance of their supply chains, systems, and products. We aim to secure long-term recurring positions that are regulatory and standard-driven. We also offer compliance facilitation to support our customers in preparing for advancing requirements and expectations.
These services might include the definition of client-specific requirements and criteria for supplier qualification, evaluation, and monitoring; second-party evaluations; training programs for suppliers; and the development of IT tools to manage suppliers’ evaluation and monitoring.
We are now looking for an Operations Analyst to support contracts in the Central America Region. Candidates must reside in Mexico.

Customer satisfaction will be a specific KPI related to the operations analyst's tasks and responsibilities. The LATAM operations line manager will follow up on performance versus KPIs and perform an annual evaluation of the Analyst.
This position will be based out of our DNV office in Mexico City, Mexico. However, remote or hybrid work arrangements are possible.

What You'll Do
Be responsible for the customer experience journey for operations activities Understand project scope and specifications to allocate auditors or consultants to perform activities with a high level of quality Perform planning process in accordance with project specifications and internal requests, updating customer and internal CRM systems properly Facilitate the necessary interactions with the other company functions and services Communicate continually with clients and auditors to confirm schedule and project milestones/deliverables Understand and take into consideration logistics / geographic implications when planning Keep updated auditors’ calendars to achieve their objectives The focal point for internal planning with other DNV offices Responsible for ensuring final delivery deadline control Revise projects into CRM systems and validate them Control of data quality between agreement and operations into CRM systems and project details Self-management capabilities are mandatory Paid time off (Vacation days above the law, sick days, company holidays, personal days) Medical, Dental, Vision plan benefits Pension Plan Company provided life insurance Christmas Bonus Food Tickets Flexible work schedule with hybrid/remote opportunities Advancement opportunities** Benefits vary based on position, tenure, location, and employee election **

What Is Required
Successfully completed education with a bachelor's degree required preferably Administration, Project Management or related areas. At least 2 years experience in building customer relationships and ability to discuss with them regarding project activities At least 2 years of project management or audit management experience Ability to drive and support change initiatives Relationship building excellence (internally and externally) Have a sense of urgency and “can do” attitude Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in using common IT programs (., MS Office, Outlook, Fast-learner and engaged in learning new software tools Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Service/Solution-oriented and with a positive customer approach We conduct pre-employment background screening** Immigration-related employment benefits, for example visa sponsorship, are not available for this position **
