This is typically a job with more authority and responsibility at this job level. Plant Operations
Operations Management leads and integrates the efforts of a single team or multiple teams across all shifts responsible for all quality, safety, cost, reliability and quantity of the line or lines which make up the value stream. Responsible for sound people management, problem solving and project management skills. Is responsible for producing finished goods or sub-assemblies for finished goods. They can be a machine operator or a team leader who helps coordinate activities and effectiveness of a group of machine operators as they complete their shift schedules. 

Manufacturing
Manufacturing Production manages or assists with managing various production activities (., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, including: •Planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards •Liaising with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, etc. as input to developing production schedules and allocating labor/capital resources •Planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance/downtime to minimize disruptions

What are we looking for?

1 año - 2 años de experiencia en áreas de Producción BPM, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, Seguridad Industrial / alimentaria. TPM, Mantenimiento Autónomo Manejo y desarrollo de personal. Habilidad de trabajar en equipos multifuncionales. Liderazgo en equipo. Inglés Avanzado.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Seguridad

Responsable de dar soporte en el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de EH&S durante el turno. Participa de manera activa en proyectos relacionados con Seguridad.

Cierre en tiempo y forma de los incidentes de seguridad registrados en su turno.

Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria

Responsable de dar soporte en el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria durante su turno y total Planta.

Servicio y Costo

Soporte en el cumplimiento de los indicadores clave de negocio del turno y total Planta.

Gente

Apoyo en la administrar las incidencias del personal en turno. Apoyo a crear una cultura de enganche y colaboración. Desarrollo del personal crecimiento de su turno.
