DESCRIPCION DE LA VACANTE
Buscamos a un Customer Success Executive, con conocimientos básicos de CISCO, colaboración, redes, y/o seguridad. y tal vez algo mas cercano a con pocos años de haber salido de la universidad.
Funciones:
- Instrumentar el onboarding de los clientes
• Crear el mapa de stakeholders internos y externos
• Identificar los resultados de negocio por cada stakeholder
• Orquestar todo el ciclo de vida del viaje del cliente
• Elaborar el customer success plan
• Identificar los kpis por cada objetivo de negocio y realizar el engagement con el stakeholder correspondient
REQUISITOS
- Estudios mínimos: Ingeniero en sistemas, telecomunicaciones o carreras afines
- Experiencia mínima: 2 años
- Competencias necesarias: proactivo, trabajo en equipo, excelente comunicación.
- Otros requisitos: ingles intermedio
