Objetivo del Puesto:

Asegurarse de que el portafolio de proyectos asignado esté alineado con los objetivos estratégicos y se gestione de manera efectiva para maximizar el valor empresarial. Será responsable de supervisar el rendimiento de los proyectos individuales dentro del portafolio, identificar riesgos y desviaciones, y tomar medidas correctivas cuando sea necesario para garantizar que el portafolio cumpla con los plazos, presupuestos y objetivos de calidad. Además, debe asegurarse de que los recursos estén asignados de manera efectiva y que se utilicen de manera eficiente en todo el portafolio.

Principales Funciones:

·Identificar dependencias y problemas críticos entre el portafolio.

·Identificar desviaciones y áreas de oportunidad del portafolio.

·Definir recomendaciones para los proyectos del portafolio en el que se identifiquen dependencias.

·Monitorear y dar seguimiento a las recomendaciones propuestas.

·Propondrá mejoras continuas en la vida del proyecto y evaluará materiales de las diferentes fases del proyecto.

·Seguimiento a los indicadores de éxito de cada proyecto.

·Generar vistas macro del portafolio y sus principales liberaciones.

·Elaborar informes sobre puntos relevantes de proyectos para diversos foros.

·Verificar el cumplimiento del gobierno de la PMO para cada proyecto.

·Asegurar que las áreas involucradas en cada iniciativa, tanto a nivel individual como global, trabajen de manera estandarizada y uniforme de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos por la PMO.

·Definición de lineamientos y alineación del Gobierno con Axa.

·Generación y actualización de macrovista del portafolio indicando interdependencias.

·Generación del boletín de estatus de las Torre de Control de la PMO indicando puntos de atención.

·Generación de reportes para diferentes niveles


Su Perfil

Requisitos:

Formación Académica: Licenciatura en Computación, Informática, Ingeniería en Sistemas, o carrera afín Idioma: inglés – Intermedio -avanzado Tipo y tiempo de experiencia:más de 2 años de experiencia en áreas de Gestión de Proyectos Conocimiento: Excelente ortografía y redacción, así como organización de eventos o logísticas y soft skills para trato con diferentes líderes de la organización, habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo, proactivo y orientado a resultado. Herramientas: Microsoft Office (paquetería Office 365) Jira (deseable) Power BI (Deseable)
