Position:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Microsoft PowerApps Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and be responsible for providing end-user support for managed applications, responding to enhancement requests, and addressing bug fixes. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and be certified in Microsoft PowerApps

Responsibilities:

Provide end-user support for managed applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Respond to enhancement requests and implement changes to improve the functionality and user experience of managed applications. Address and fix bugs in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of managed applications. Maintain a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft PowerApps and related technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certification in Microsoft PowerApps. 3-5 years of experience providing end-user support for managed applications. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset. English and Spanish high level is required (written and spoken).
