Como representante de ventas de seguridad personal desempeñaras un rol clave logrando objetivos de ventas proporcionando cobertura de ventas independiente de cuentas asignadas o dentro del territorio asignado. Puesto destinado a personas con experiencia en ventas y que hayan demostrado un uso eficaz de las habilidades de venta y hayan alcanzado o superado consistentemente las previsiones durante un período de tiempo sostenido. Principalmente, gestiona el territorio de ventas con supervisión y asistencia periódica. Cuando sea necesario, solicita o recibe asistencia para manejar situaciones que requieren mayor o diferente experiencia o conocimiento según sea necesario.

El impacto que tendrás en este rol:

Manejo y liderazgo de relación comercial con clientes asignados asegurando crear y mantener relaciones de negocio de mediano y largo plazo. Evaluación mejora de actividades comerciales por medio de análisis de información. Conocimiento del Producto y del Mercado: Comprensión profunda de los productos de protección personal, sus características, beneficios y aplicaciones. Conocimiento del mercado, incluyendo las necesidades de los clientes, las tendencias del sector y la competencia. Habilidades de Ventas y Negociación: Capacidad para identificar y calificar oportunidades de ventas  Habilidades para presentar productos de manera efectiva y persuasiva  Técnicas de negociación para cerrar ventas y manejar objeciones de los clientes. Cumplimiento de Normativas y Seguridad: Conocimiento de las normativas y estándares de seguridad aplicables a los equipos de protección personal  Capacidad para asesorar a los clientes sobre el cumplimiento de estas normativas y la correcta utilización de los productos

Responsabilidades mas importantes:

Cumplir con los objetivos del mantenimiento de la venta base del territorioydel crecimiento orgánico definido dentro de su plan operativo (OP anual). Realizar demostraciones y capacitaciones a sus cuentas prioritarias, clientes prospectos y socios comerciales de la región, sobre el uso, beneficios y características de nuestros productos de seguridad personal. Administrar efectivamente por Segmentos Priorizados el territorio asignado, utilizando el proceso de ventas Customer Focus Selling para la identificación, evaluación y cierre de nuevos negocios.

Las habilidades y experiencia que buscamos

Para preparar tu camino hacia el éxito en esta posición desde el primer día, 3M está en búsqueda de candidatos que cuenten con:

Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Seguridad Ocupacional o Marketing. Experiencia Mínima de 2 a 3 años en ventas preferiblemente en el sector de equipos de protección personal o en industrias relacionadas como la seguridad industrial, la construcción o la manufactura. Manejo de herramientas de venta, Office, Deseable Power BI y Salesforce. Ingles Nivel Intermedio - Avanzado. Licencia de manejo.
