At RGX we're looking for an experienced UI/Web Designer to join our 100% remote team. You’ll work closely with our strategy and development teams to create engaging, user-focused digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in translating client goals into intuitive and visually compelling designs.

Your Mission ‍

To create visually compelling, user-centric digital experiences that effectively translate client goals into intuitive and engaging designs, contributing to the success of projects by combining creativity, strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

 Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype user interfaces and website layouts using Figma.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and translate them into effective designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across digital assets.
  • Work autonomously to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality results.
  • Use data and feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.

Experience Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in UI/web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise (portfolio submission is required).
  • Expertise in Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Proven experience creating responsive, user-centric designs for web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and modern design trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, resourceful attitude.
  • Must be based in Mexico or a LATAM country.

⏳ Radical Accountability & Giving Back Time:

You have full control over your schedule. We believe in radical accountability—how and when you work is entirely up to you, as long as project deadlines are met and the work is delivered at a high standard. To support your well-being, we encourage taking two mental health recharge days per month from February to November. Additionally, our company closes for two weeks at the end of the year for the holidays, so there’s no expectation for work during that time, giving you the chance to rest and recharge.

Professional Development:

Parental Support:

Should life events, like the arrival of a new child, arise, you’ll have the flexibility to take up to 3 months off without affecting your contract.

Work Remotely:

Work from anywhere that inspires you. To help you stay productive, we can contribute to coworking memberships or home office expenses, such as internet costs, allowing you to create the workspace that works best for you.

Profit Shares:

At the beginning of each year, we distribute profits based on the success of the previous fiscal year. This is our way of recognizing the hard work and contributions made by everyone toward our collective achievements.

Earnings for this position range from: $2,000 USD to $3,000 USD / month.
