En Crediclub estamos transformando la vida de los mexicanos a través de servicios financieros basados en tecnología que les ayuden a mejorar su calidad de vida; la posición de Product Owner tiene el objetivo de liderar la creación y desarrollo de productos financieros con un alto enfoque de tecnología centrada en cliente a través de metodologías ágiles.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

Liderar el ciclo de desarrollo de productos high-tec éxitosos enfocados en el cliente final Experimentar de manera continua MVPs de nuevos productos Asegurar el crecimiento y la escalabilidad de los productos Obtener insights de clientes y crear roadmaps priorizados de la evolución de productos

Experiencia y habilidades:

Esenciales:

Licenciatura/Ingeniería concluida de cualquier carrera Perfil de intraemprendimiento, alto sentido de responsabilidad y apasionado por grandes retos Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrums, Devops) Desarrollo de metodologías de estrategia (Lean Canvas, Hook Canvas, Historias de usuario, Design sprints)

Pensamiento innovador: que se atreva a pensar fuera de la caja y a proponer soluciones. Alinear siempre lo mejor para el cliente y para el equipo No tenga miedo a equivocarse. Mentalidad de crecimiento. Hambre de aprender cosas nuevas. Autodidacta. Pasión por impactar positivamente en la vida de las personas.

Compensación y condición de la posición:

Esquema remoto de la posición (deseable de Monterrey, NL, México) Prestaciones de ley + Prestaciones superiores +12 días de vacaciones, seguro de gastos médicos mayores, seguro de vida, licenciamiento de educación continua con Udemy for Business, servicio de apoyo en servicios funerarios (por zona) y cuenta de ahorro con rendimiento preferente SuperTasas.com.
