Es responsable de cumplir con las obligaciones que INMX tiene con proveedores, entes reguladores y otros terceros, atendiendo que los pagos se realicen de manera conjunta en el sistema hsbc net y calculando los flujos de efectivo diarios para la decisión de inversión y financiamiento. Es responsable de gestionar las conciliaciones de las inversiones sobre el producto de seguro RP.
Realizar la contabilidad bancaria en Peoplesoft para el cierre mensual del periodo

La principal responsabilidad es generar informes de datos y análisis de los flujos de caja diarios, pagos realizados a intercompañías y terceros, conciliaciones y registro de transferencias de diarios y comisiones.
• Generar el proceso de informes de RP.
• Generar solicitud con gestión patrimonial.
• Calcular la inversión y compartir con el área global de gestión de activos.
• Generar las conciliaciones entre extractos bancarios de cuentas y personas
• Generar reportes de proveedores, reporte de Verificaciones de Clientes en Riesgo y otros reportes mensuales como apoyo a las demás áreas de INMX.
• Participación en reuniones.
• Participar en el cumplimiento del informe regulatorio RR5.
• Fideicomiso de Pago de NAFIN (Pensiones y Seguros)

Requirements

Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o Económico Administrativa.
Inglés Intermedio.
Microsoft Office Intermedio
Gestión de Banca electrónica
Comunicación
Trabajo en equipo

• Experiencia como Back Office / Middle Office: 
o Conocimiento general del mercado bursátil.
o Validación de Flujos de Inversión vs Custodio de valores.
o Confirmación operativa con contrapartes.
o Revisión de la captura de inversiones del Front Office vs la carta confirmación de la contraparte.
o Envío de inversiones operadas al custodio de valores y monitoreo de su liquidación
o Conciliación de títulos Indeval.
o Valuación de la cartera con Vector PIP.
o Control Financiero Inversiones-Tesorería.

• Conocimiento preferente en el Sistema Soluciones (Portafolio de Inversiones): 
o Administración de portafolios, actualización de tasas, inicio de día, alta instrumentos financieros, alta de contratos bancarios.
o Conocimiento contable de las inversiones.
o Generación de reportería (Carteras, Producto Financiero, monitoreo de coberturas de Reservas Técnicas).
o Seguimiento a actualización de versiones al sistema.

• Reportes Regulatorios / Auditorias: 
o Insumo para RR7.- Generación y revisión del INVE y FOND.
o Insumo para RR5.- Prospectos de Inversión, Contrato Custodio Valores.
o Generación, revisión y envío de PSINV.
o Atención de requerimientos de auditores.
o Notas a Edos.Financiero / Solvencia y Condición Financiera.
o Requerimientos de Grupo.

• Gestión de pago de facturas y provisión de Gastos: 
o Gestionar el pago de facturas a proveedores por los servicios recibidos.
o Provisión contable de gastos.

• Otros: 
o Conocimiento general de la CUSF en inversiones.
o Conocimiento del idioma inglés.
o Apego a procedimientos y manuales.

• Otras aplicaciones: 
o People Soft, Fusion, Cecoban, Excel, Outlook.
