The Data/Information Mgt Int Anlst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsabilidades:

Esta función cubre a los titulares a cargo de diversas actividades de datos, incluida la administración de base de datos, análisis de datos, mantenimiento, calidad de datos y gestión de base de datos o arquitectura de base de datos/ingeniería de diseño. Realiza trabajo administrativo u operativo de rutina. Realiza acciones cotidianas enfocadas en la administración de procedimientos, análisis y preparación de informes definidos. Un titular con mayor nivel jerárquico revisará y verificará el trabajo de la persona con detenimiento y tendrá contacto limitado fuera de su área inmediata. Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia. Posición hibrida 3 días a la semana en la oficina y 2 días home office.

Aptitudes:

Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia relevante en manejo de Base de Datos. Capacidad de analisis. Conocimiento en productos bancarios. Proactivo, colaborativo, creativo con habilidades de negociación, lógico y organizado, resiliencia y adaptación al cambio. Conocimiento intermedio en lenguajes de programación; SAS, SQL, o Python (deseable). Ingles intermedio (deseable).

Educación:

Licenciatura/título universitario o experiencia equivalente. Necesaria licenciatura concluida en carreras matemático-financieras o afines. Estar titulado o estar en trámite de título, ya con Servicio Social concluido. Necesario nivel de inglés intermedio. Maestría deseable Tener cursos, certificaciones es un plus.
