General Accountant

Responsible for:
- Supervision and/or making of registry and opportune payment of the liabilities for the subsidiaries in charge.
- Accounting registry and support in the making of monthly and annual Financial Statements and the different executive reports sent to EAI by the subsidiaries.
- Support in the monthly and annual coordination of Financial Statements and the different executive reports sent to EAI.
- Support in the fulfillment of the local tax regulations, in a monthly and annual way of the subsidiaries in charge.
- Supervision and control of Accounts Payable, for the correct payment of goods and services suppliers.
- Support in the Coordination and follow up of the different audits, externals and internals, national or foreigners, for the countries of the assigned subsidiaries.
- Support in the elaboration and sending of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the different governmental agencies.
- Responsible for the support and/or coordination of the corresponding annual obligations for fiscal effects of the subsidiaries in charge.
Collaborates with/Key Customers include:
- Accounting chief and Controller
- Accounting responsible of other Subsidiaries
- Responsible of external audit
- Systems
- Internal and external Auditors
- Supervisors of the local authorities
- All the areas in general
Reports to:
- Accounting Manager / Controller.
