Líder - Visual Merchandising

Nuestro cliente, empresa mexicana dedicada al Retail de productos con más de 40 franquicias con gran diversidad de productos para toda la familia, ubicado en ciudades principales de la República mexicana, en búsqueda de fortalecer la mercadotecnia en sus tiendas a través de estrategias de Visual Merchandising.
Esta posición de Líder en visual merchandising tendrá como objetivo: Diseñar, planear y coordinar las estrategias de visual merchandising de las sucursales de los diferentes modelos de negocios, tanto en piso como escaparates.
Si tienes la formación en Mercadotecnia, Administración de empresas o algo afín, con carrera terminada y/o título profesional, has trabajado en esta área en retail por al menos 2 años, vives en la CDMX o en Querétaro, y tienes disponibilidad para viajar a las diferentes sucursales, postúlate, te estamos buscando.
Requisitos:
- Lic. Mercadotecnia, LAE, afin.
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en visual merchandising, acomodo de mercancía, escaparatismo, elementos de espacios y promoción en punto de venta.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional (gastos pagados).
Principales responsabilidades:
- Presentación visual y ambientación de la marca a su cargo.
- Responsable del diseño y estrategias de acomodo en sucursales y atracción en exhibición.
- Diseño y plan de exhibición en tienda como en escaparates.
- Diseño y ejecución del manual de visual merchandising de la marca.
- Asegurar la coherencia y uniformidad del espacio comercial.
- Diseño, preparación y conceptualización de espacios.
- Planeación y supervisión del equipo de visual merchandising en las sucursales.
- Responsable de elementos que forman parte de acomodo y visual merchandising como el material POP.
- Desarrollo y plan de los conceptos innovadores contemplando las tendencias, innovación, estética y seguridad.
- Auditar el cumplimiento de los estándares y estrategia del departamento
- Capacitar y retroalimentar a los equipos de acomodo en sucursal.
