What you will do

Mision: 

Comercializar y promocionar la venta de refacciones con Clientes y Concesionarios del Grupo VOLVO con base a los indicadores clave de postventa comercial, buscando alcanzar el máximo beneficio para la compañía

Responsabilidades: 

Observar y respetar las normas de seguridad, ambiental y laboral establecidas por la organización.Participar en las actividades de mejora continua a través de los programas institucionales de Desarrollo Organizacional y VPS (Sistema de Producción de Volvo) con el fin de optimizar los recursos para conseguir beneficios e ingresos para el negocio, donde aplique.Los dueños, administradores y/o auditores de procesos deben cumplir las responsabilidades y autoridades indicadas en el sistema de gestión cuando aplique. Definición y seguimiento al plan de negocios de venta de Refacciones Buses en concesionarios del Grupo VOLVO, Asegurando el alcance de los objetivos mediante la aplicación de políticas y procedimientos Volvo (Manual de operación de partes) y las herramientas globales (LPA, Impact, Argus) Impulso y creación de estrategias nacionales y locales que soporten la comercialización de refacciones con clientes corporativos y distribuidores para el alcance de objetivos de venta.Coordinar y apoyar operaciones Comerciales y de Postventa Técnica a través del Equipo Regional de Negocios (ERN’s) para la satisfacción del cliente y el incremento en rentabilidad de la organización.Apoyo al área de Business Intelligence para posicionar de manera estratégica los productos VOLVO y de manera competitiva las líneas vendors, incrementando la participación de mercado en refacciones de VOLVO BUSAsesoría y soporte comercial en refacciones a clientes corporativos y red de distribuidores.Analizar e Identificar el potencial de venta y penetración de partes en clientes corporativos y distribuidores de acuerdo al parque vehicular.Realización de promociones nacionales y locales a los concesionarios así como clientes corporativos. Mediador en la cadena de suministro de refacciones (Volvo-distribuidor-cliente final).

Experiencia: 5 años en comercial automotriz
