Objetivo del puesto

Ser la interface fluida, clara y eficiente de comunicación a los asuntos de calidad de producto que se embarcan de la planta de FAS SLP Frames a las diferentes localidades del cliente, de igual forma la representación del cliente ante la organización en FAS SLP Frames y realizar las negociaciones requeridas de manera oportuna.

Actividades principales

1 Este rol es el Lider de Auditorías de cliente dentro de planta.

2 Lider del portal de Cliente OEM / Tier 1

3 Asegurar que el cumplimiento de KPI's con cliente (PPM's / PPM's embarcadas )

4 Seguimiento a las reclamaciones de cliente en tiempo (D3, D6 & D8) en sistema cliente / QSS.

5 Comunicación con hombres garantía & supervisor de hombres garantía.

6 Interface entre cliente e ingenieros de calidad planta.

7 Seguimiento a los tiempos de respuesta de los residentes con cliente.

8 Seguimiento a los costos de calidad relacionados con la inspección de material en localidad de cliente NQC, a través de la administración de RMAs (Return Material Autorization)

9 Revisión con cliente del desempeño de la planta (JIT / OEM)

10 Actualización del Portal de cliente (Contactos / Notificación de calidad)

11 Mantener actualizadas las notificaciones de cliente.

12 Control de autorizaciones de retorno de material a planta así como su comunicación con finanzas / Logistica.

13 Viajes a localidad de cliente para revisión presencial al desempeño de calidad de la planta.

14 Representante del cliente dentro de la planta.

15 Cumplir y hacer cumplir el código de ética y el código de administración de Forvia

Participar activamente en todas las actividades y programas de la empresa (Calidad, Ideas de Mejora, Entrenamiento, Recursos Humanos, Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente etc.) que apliquen de acuerdo con las actividades propias de la posición. Cumplir con la política Ambiental, de Salud y Seguridad (FAS HSE); así como con los procedimientos de cuidado a la Seguridad y Medio ambiente que apliquen en su área de trabajo. Reporta los peligros, riesgos, aspectos e impactos ambientales de su área. Apoya las actividades para lograr los objetivos y metas de seguridad y ambientales. Cumple con los procedimientos requeridos por la norma en el marco de sus responsabilidades. Da solución a las acciones correctivas y preventivas que le sean requeridas y mantiene los registros. Responde oportunamente a los hallazgos de las auditorías en los que tenga injerencia. La organización determina que el personal es competente ante el SSA & SASST con la formación Este puesto tiene la autoridad y es una responsabilidad detener cualquier actividad o situación que tenga el potencial de ocasionar un daño a la seguridad, la salud de los empleados, y/o al medio ambiente.

Experiencia profesional

4 a 6 años en Calidad y atención de clientes 

Inglés avanzado será un plus
