Major Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Follows a wide variety of generally defined procedures within functional disciplines such as benefits, compensation, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, operations, etc. Generally, assignments require management of multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously to completion. Provides entry level generalist support on a variety of human resources activities.Develops and produces various administrative reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Supports recruiting/interviewing/testing and on-boarding of hourly and salaried employees.
Monitors facility headcount and evaluates overtime percentages, turnover data, and absenteeism.
Increases awareness of employee relations climate within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related. 1+ years of experience working as and HR analyst, Employee relations, or related relevant experience. Advance Excel and Microsoft Office package. Intermediate English level B1+ Strong Knowledge in Mexican labor law.Preferred Qualifications
