Lider de Sourcing / NPI

Objetivo del Puesto : Integrar y desarrollar proyectos de Sourcing cumpliendo con las necesidades del negocio a lo largo de la organización. El Lider de Sourcing interactúa con las diferentes áreas involucradas y es el principal contacto con los Program Manager en el desarrollo e introducción de un nuevo producto y/o Transferencia de líneas de producción de otros sitios de manufactura atendiendo las etapas del proceso en la organización del suministro. Se encarga del desarrollo de proveedores y estrategia de comodities con el enfoque a eficiencia y costo.

Perfil del puesto deseado:

Nivel académico deseable: Licenciatura Especialidad o carrera: Ingeniero Industrial, Negocios Internacionales, o carrera a fin Experiencia mínima requerida: 5 años Ingles 80%

Responsabilidades:

° Responsable de la cotización de proyectos atendiendo los procedimientos y tiempos establecidos del mismo

° Da soporte en la actualización y desarrollo de procesos o procedimientos considerando las expectativas del negocio.

° Monitorea los mensajes de excepción de los materiales para mantener el correcto nivel de inventarios

° Gestionar los niveles apropiados de inventario para cada proyecto (excesos u obsoletos)

° Da soporte en la actualización del sistema de fechas promesas de proveedores en cumplimiento con las etapas del proyecto

° Responsable de monitorear el compartamiento del forecast de los proyectos y de dar la señal para el cargado o ajuste del mismo así como de gestionar la disposición de materiales en caso de ser necesario

° Dar soporte al pago de facturas con proveedores en hold

° Asegura el desarrollo de proveedores atendiendo los lineamientos corporativos en términos de Pago y estrategias de Cash Flow.

° Genera ideas de mejora de procesos, implementa y capacita al resto del equipo para el beneficio del mismo.

° Mantener actualizados los procedimientos que le apliquen a su proceso.

° Cumplir los lineamientos y políticas de EH&S ° Responsable de su actualización y entrenamiento usando las herramientas The Carrier Way en la plataforma Learning Portal
