Worldwide Internships is a full-service, international Internship Placement Agency with partners in more than 10 countries and local participation in Mexico, Spain, Thailand, Philippines and USA.
Job Objective
The Sales and Recruitment Coordinator will promote and manage sales and recruitment of students interested in undertaking international internships. This individual will collaborate with educational institutions and strategic partners in the LATAM region, focusing on Colombia, Honduras and other key markets, to build long-term relationships and support business growth through student placements.
Sales and Recruitment: Drive sales, recruit, and select candidates for international internship programs.
Business Development: Identify and develop new opportunities in key markets such as LATAM and other strategic regions.
Candidate and University Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and universities; negotiate and establish collaboration agreements with educational institutions.
Informative Sessions and Presentations: Coordinate and lead informative sessions and presentations at universities and other forums to promote the company's programs.
University Visits and Interviews: Schedule university visits to strengthen relationships and attract new talent; interview candidates to assess their suitability for the programs.
Enrollment Closure: Ensure program enrollments are successfully closed, guiding candidates through the recruitment and admission processes and hitting the annual goal.
3 to 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in recruitment or education sectors.
International experience (nice-to-have).
Studies in hospitality and tourism (preferred).
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Adaptability and the ability to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment.
