Job Description
Team Lead for Advance Quality Planning team to ensure Gates fullfilment according to customer specific requirements + Continental Internal Requirements. Lead Advanced Quality Planning Engineers to coordinate along the project team during development from plant Quality Management (QM) side. Q-Responsibility for the product launch ( sign of PPAP/PSW together with customer). Ensure that quality and safety measures (for the product and processes are identified and collected based on all stakeholders requirements. Manages product/process changes from QM side. Has plant QMPP role for respective product.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree: in Engineering Advanced English Experience:Of Advanced Planned Quality team or SimilarLeading peopleWith Ford as customer (Q1 supplier experience is a Plus) Knowledge:Core Tools Management Customer Specific Requirements (portal usage experience with more than one OEM is a plus: VW, Ford, Mazda, Honda, Subaru, Stellantis, BMW) Skill:IATF / VDA ;Audit (desirable)
