Prioritizing initiatives based on their business impact, we collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive success and ensure TikTok remains at the forefront of the digital advertising landscape. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Minimum Qualifications- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including the ability to utilize them to extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets for informed decision-making.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Passion for the digital advertising and social media industry. Preferred Qualifications - Previous internship or work experience in a related field (., sales, marketing, business analysis).- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar.- Experience in project management or leading multiple initiatives.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.- Knowledge of the digital advertising industry and market trends.- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to driving improvements and addressing challenges.
