About the role

This Used Vehicles Sales Supervisor is responsible for promoting the National Used Vehicles Strategy with the GM Dealership network in partnership with GMF Sales District Managers.

This role interacts with diverse internal areas to define and improve current processes as well as guarantee an exceptional customer experience.

What you need

Bachelor degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related areas. Fluent English skills, both verbal and written (Evaluated during interviews). Experience as a sales executive and/or in related areas of at least + 4 years. High level of communication skills (both written and verbal). Training skills and effective presentation delivery abilities. Experience in financial/credit institutions of at least + 3 years. Proficient MS Office Skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Availability to travel across Mexico for business purposes.

What you will be doing

Interact with District Managers across Mexico to assure training, promotion and follow-up of the Used Vehicles commercial offer with the dealership Network. Development of commercial product allocation strategies in partnership with other areas to incentive the increase in Used Vehicles contract volumes. Elaboration and communication of reports, which include KPI’s, volume penetration and program monitoring indicators. Be the “link” between operational areas and dealers in problem solving, day to day operations and new implementations.
