• Calculation, analysis, reduction and collection of due and overdue receivables (internal and external)

• Creation of weekly reports to follow up on overdue 

• Building and update of action plan for tracking & erasing overdue

• Daily monitoring of all due and overdue receivables

• Contacting customers on a daily basis to understand reason for overdue (late payments, disputes, price differences etc.) and collecting payment confirmation

• Sending dunning letters

• Prepare and lead internal meetings / telephone conferences to discuss progress on overdue elimination Early detection and management of potential overdue risks

• Close interaction with involved internal departments such as sales, SAS, accounts receivables

• Preparation, calculation and monitoring of key performance indicators related to overdue receivables / cash collection

• Validation and monitoring of customer creditworthiness

• Comply with internal procedures and internal control systems

• Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeos policies.
