Calculation, analysis, reduction and collection of due and overdue receivables (internal and external)

Creation of weekly reports to follow up on overdue 

Building and update of action plan for tracking & erasing overdue

Daily monitoring of all due and overdue receivables

Contacting customers on a daily basis to understand reason for overdue (late payments, disputes, price differences etc.) and collecting payment confirmation

Sending dunning letters

Prepare and lead internal meetings / telephone conferences to discuss progress on overdue elimination Early detection and management of potential overdue risks

Close interaction with involved internal departments such as sales, SAS, accounts receivables

Preparation, calculation and monitoring of key performance indicators related to overdue receivables / cash collection

Validation and monitoring of customer creditworthiness

Comply with internal procedures and internal control systems

Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies.
