The Job

  • Recent graduate of ITAM or equivalent university with a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, essential given the nature of the project and the interaction with Toronto.
  • 1. Business Knowledge:

  • He has knowledge in specific areas such as promotion, investment products, operations, finance.
  • 2. Analytical Skills:
  • Capable of analyzing complex data and extracting meaningful insights.

  • Excellent ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
  • You can translate business requirements into technical terms and vice versa.

  • 6. Project Management Skills:
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage complex transformation projects.
  • You can collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Analyze and model processes: Evaluate existing processes within the organization and propose improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, or meet customer needs.
  • Document and manage requirements: Clearly and concisely document business requirements, using tools such as flowcharts, use case diagrams, user stories, and more. In addition, manage changes in requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform risk and cost analysis: Assess the risks associated with proposed solutions and perform cost-benefit analyses to aid informed decision-making.
  • Participate in solution design: Collaborate with development teams to design solutions that meet identified business requirements.
  • Testing and Validation: Assist in the planning and execution of tests to ensure that the implemented solution meets business requirements.
  • Provide post-implementation support: Help resolve issues that may arise after solution implementation and follow up to make sure expected results are achieved.
  • Responsible for the elaboration of all the user stories that are necessary for the development teams to have the definitions and inputs for the development of functional components.
  • 7. Adaptability and Problem Solving:
  • It is flexible and can adapt to changes in the business and project environment.
  • Able to identify and solve problems effectively and efficiently.

The Profile

  • You have at least 4 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within IT.
  • You have working knowledge of Business Analyst and Design Thinking
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
