Empresa de manufactura ubicada en Apodaca solicita: Tecnico de Mantenimiento CNC.
Reparar y mantener todas las máquinas y equipos mecánicos de las instalaciones, de acuerdo con los esquemas, planos, manuales de operaciones y especificaciones del fabricante.
Requisitos:
Carrera tecnica. Conocimiento significativo de los sistemas mecánicos de accionamiento, de los controles eléctricos, de los sistemas neumáticos e hidráulicos, de los sistemas de calefacción, ventilación, aire acondicionado (HVAC). Experiencia para planificar y lograr objetivos. Capacidad para utilizar, multímetros digitales, amperímetros, anemómetros, osciloscopios, sensores de fugas y tacómetros. Conocimiento en mantenimimento y programación CNC.Actividades:
Realiza el mantenimiento preventivo, la resolución de problemas y las reparaciones de todos los equipos de producción, incluidos los controles numéricos computarizados (CNC) y las máquinas manuales, los compresores de aire de las instalaciones y las carretillas elevadoras. Realiza mantenimiento, resolución de problemas y reparaciones de equipos de tratamiento de agua . Realiza el mantenimiento, la resolución de problemas y las reparaciones de equipos de quemadores de gas (cabina de lavado de pintura, hornos de pintura, calentadores de edificios) Realiza mantenimiento, resolución de problemas y reparaciones de controles neumáticos e hidráulicos, cilindros, bombas y otros equipos relacionados. Realiza el mantenimiento, la resolución de problemas y las reparaciones de todos los componentes eléctricos y electrónicos, como controles numéricos computarizados (CNC), arrancadores de motor, relés, interruptores de proximidad, temporizadores, interruptores de límite, accionamientos de motor y controladores lógicos programables (PLC). Documenta los trabajos de mantenimiento y reparación realizados, utilizando los procedimientos designados. Completa toda la documentación necesaria, incluidas las órdenes de trabajo de manera oportuna. Mantiene la limpieza e higiene de todas las áreas de trabajo asociadas. Mantiene informado al supervisor de los desarrollos importantes, los problemas potenciales y la información relacionada necesaria para una gestión eficaz. Coordina y comunica planes y actividades con otros, según corresponda, para garantizar un esfuerzo de trabajo coordinado y un enfoque de equipo.Horario de lunes a viernes de 7:00 a.m. a 4:36 p.m.
