Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo In-Store Trainer quién liderará la estrategia de servicios y experiencias al consumidor asegurando la máxima experiencia de servicio para nuestros consumidores de nuestra nueva Nike Grand Outlet Riviera Maya .

¿En qué trabajarás?

Co Responsable de ejecutar las estrategias y los diferentes servicios “agregados” dentro de tiendaEntrenar al equipo de forma constante de los servicios agregados, así como de la maquinaria para el mismo.Seguimiento al inventario de productos de personalización / limpieza para asegurar resurtidosAnalisis del sell thru de los materiales de personalización / limpieza, dar insights constantes al Coach del equipo para tomar decisiones.Ejecutar estrategias de lanzamientos y conexiones elevadas con el consumidorHacer partnership con áreas cross funcionales para establecer estrategias de lanzamientos de producto.Conocimiento en área de deportes así como de tecnologías de prodcuto.Elevar en la ejecución nuestros programa de servicioAsegurar la correcta ejecucion de Iniciativas de producto

¿Con quién trabajarás?

Esta persona será responsable trabajar con el equipo de atletas y Visuales. Trabajará de

manera cross funcional con otras áreas como operaciones, Training Captains, merchandising, etc. Le reportará directamente al Coach Operations.

¿Qué traes a Nike?

Experiencia 3 años de experiencia en posición de entrenamientos (boutiques, tiendasdeportivas)Capacidad para construir, dirigir, administrar y entrenar equipos de alto rendimientoCapacidad de utilizar herramientas para apoyar la resolución de conflictos y el coaching yasesoramiento de los empleadosCapacidad de análisis del mercadoDesarrollo de estrategias de productoLiderazgo.Orientado a resultadosComunicación efectiva.Manejo del estrés y tolerancia a la frustraciónPasión por las ventas y el servicio al cliente
