We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team. As an Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the aftersales process, including customer support, parts distribution, service operations, and warranty management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, optimize the aftersales process, and drive continuous improvement in service quality.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Aftersales Manager, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in aftersales management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of aftersales processes, including customer support, parts distribution, service operations, and warranty management
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing aftersales processes and systems
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to aftersales operations
  • Fluency in English
