About the role

As Reckitt's IMEx Procurement Manager, you will become the architect of your own remarkable journey. This role offers the chance to steer complex procurement portfolios with confidence and creativity. We're looking for someone who thrives on autonomy and is energised by negotiating and strategizing. If you have a knack for managing complex contracts, a sharp commercial mindset and the ambition to develop personally and professionally, step up to a role that promises real autonomy and strategic influence in our dynamic supply chain network.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Independently manage a significant procurement portfolio with complete financial accountability.
- Craft and enact global and regional strategies, taking charge of your annual budget.
- Navigate the complex interests of diverse stakeholders with composure and insight.
- Lead the management of currency risks, transforming challenges into opportunities.
- Analyse market dynamics to proactively manage sourcing processes and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to protect intellectual property and mitigate liability risks through contract design and amendments.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven success in managing sizable spend portfolios and executing financial responsibilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing global or regional procurement strategies.
- Adept at running complex sourcing activities and leading supplier negotiations to a successful conclusion.
- Sophisticated understanding of procurement, sourcing tactics and complex legal procurement contracts.
- An analytical mind, capable of advanced data analysis and improving business processes.
- Strong track record in vendor and contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and safeguarding company interests.
