The Position

As a Frontline Training Coordinator, you will report to the Training & Development Manager and be responsible for overseeing training processes for our frontline teams. Your role will ensure that field actions align with the company's values, culture, and principles. Your main responsibilities will include:

Identify development needs and competency gaps in frontline employees through direct observation, stakeholder input, data analysis, and HRBP insights. Develop and implement training programs and learning initiatives that support business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design objectives, timelines, and content for training initiatives. Utilize innovative channels, approaches, and methodologies to deliver effective training on frontline topics. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training methods and ensure proper tracking and documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s in Education, Human Resources, Business, or Psychology is a plus. At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative, KAE, or KAM in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry. Fluent in English and Spanish Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies, data-driven decision-making, and adult learning principles. Experience with design thinking, collaborative methods, and agile work practices.

About the Department

Our Training and Development team is committed in design and implementation of HR development initiatives, to accelerate growth at individual, team and business levels. It involves the following areas: talent management strategy, leadership development, career and succession management, and field force training (programs design and delivery), to boost quality inside the organization and to accelerate sales performance.
