"Involucra la realización de tareas administrativas y de coordinación relacionadas con la operación, incluyendo el registro de datos, actividades de rampa, clasificación, rastreo, despacho y servicio al cliente local. Si bien las tareas operativas pueden ser parte de estos roles, la mayoría parte del tiempo se dedica a actividades de oficina.
Los niveles de liderazgo o senior de estos puestos pueden:
• Manejar problemas escalados o más complejos,
• Coordinar las actividades del equipo o las del personal contratado por la agencia,
• Apoyar las actividades del supervisor o gerente,
• Apoyar el diseño, revisión e implementación de procesos y procedimientos"
Descripción General de Puesto:
• Ayuda al cliente con el rastreo de sus paquetes, respondiendo preguntas sobre los productos y servicios de FedEx a traves de los servicios de venta y por teléfono.
• Registra y/o prepara varios reportes de operaciones.
• Atiende clientes con paquetes.
• Mantiene y audita registros y archivos asignados (guías aéreas).
• Revisar las guías aéreas y las registra si es necesario. Realiza interfaces con los clientes en temas relacionados con las aduanas.
• Brinda apoyo administrativo y de oficina al Gerente de operaciones de la estación.
• Verifica los paquetes para garantizar el etiquetado adecuado, la legalidad del contenido, incluido el peso y el tamaño, el embalaje adecuado, el valor asegurado, los requisitos especiales para el envío de materiales peligrosos y el cumplimiento de la documentación aduanal requerida en el destino.
• Mantiene una apariencia ordenada y limpia del lugar de trabajo/mostrador, propio y uniforme.
• Reconoce nuevos clientes u oportunidades comerciales adicionales, abre nuevas cuentas, obtiene envíos adicionales y presenta oportunidades de venta.
• Es posible que se le requiera realizar otras tareas que se le asignen
Requisitos mínimos:
Nivel mínimo de estudios:
• Preparatoria concluida.
• Dominio de Inglés (450 puntos TOEIC).
Experiencia Mínima:
• Experiencia administrativa o de servicio al cliente en un entorno de servicio o 18 meses de experiencia como mínimo en puestos de Service Agent.
Habilidades mínimas requeridas:
• Capacidad para levantar 32 Kg y maniobrar cualquier paquete que pese hasta 68 Kg con el equipo apropiado.
• Se requieren buenas habilidades generales de oficina, incluyendo mecanografía, archivo y conocimientos de informática.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y relaciones humanas
• Hablar con voz clara y articulada.
• Corte limpio y apariencia prolija
• Capacidad para completar con éxito las secciones de lectura, comprensión auditiva, clasificación y matemáticas de la prueba de habilidades básicas
• Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos variables
