Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Appointment Setter to join our expanding team. Your primary role will be to engage with warm leads and schedule new patient consultations efficiently, using your skills in consultative phone sales. This role is crucial in converting prospective patient inquiries into scheduled appointments, thereby directly impacting our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads from calls, website form inquiries, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads).
  • Engage in high-volume daily calling (100+ calls per day), promptly responding to and following up with leads.
  • Schedule new patient appointments by educating and guiding potential patients on the best services tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain meticulous records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine processes and strategies for better lead conversion.

Performance Goals:

  • 30 Days: Acquire proficiency in our technological tools and client offerings, master call scripts and objection handling, and achieve 100+ calls per day.
  • 60 Days: Manage complete lead engagement for assigned clinics, receive positive feedback from clients, and sustain 120+ calls per day.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in high-volume sales environments; 1+ years of experience as a phone sales representative preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in English with minimal accent; bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Extensive experience using CRMs and familiarity with standard sales processes.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes without sacrificing quality or efficiency.
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
