Responsabilidades:
Realizar mantenimiento preventivo en apartamentos e instalaciones según cronogramas establecidos.Diagnosticar y corregir problemas técnicos en equipos y sistemas.Realizar reparaciones y reposición de piezas, garantizando la calidad y seguridad del trabajo.Realice inspecciones periódicas para identificar problemas potenciales y tomar medidas correctivas.Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar la integridad de los sistemas y equipos.Mantener registros precisos de todas las actividades de mantenimiento realizadas.Siga los procedimientos y regulaciones de seguridad relevantes durante todas las actividades.Participar en el desarrollo de planes de mantenimiento y la implementación de mejoras de procesos.Requisitos:
Experiencia en mantenimiento de casas y apartamentos.-
