Employee’s lifecycle responsible: recruit, develop, culture agenda for interns and employees from HR & IDT
Your key responsibilities will include:
Support team development and effective communication across the teams Provide support to Employees & Line Managers in SAP Success Factors system & Cherwell Assist employees in development: Learning Agenda Drive the Talent & Rewards Agenda Drive HR & IDT Strategic People agenda Audit & Control: Files & Records Employee lifecycle responsibleWhat are we looking for?
HR related studies: Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or any related field Experienced with Event Planning is a plus Microsoft Office: Power Point, Excel, Word and Canva / design Fluent English (Advanced) Have demonstrable communication, negotiation skills and the ability to influence Customer service oriented and Have strong analytical skills A Self Starter and Game Changer as well as driven and ambitious Be an inspiring and engaging individual, as well as curious and resilientWhat we offer you?
