Objetivo general del puesto: Responsable del seguimiento de la producción de libros o materiales complementarios para satisfacer los requerimientos de la organización, administrando imprentas y proveedores que tengan costos competitivos y cumplan con la calidad requerida.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales

Mantener los datos maestros de los artículos actualizados Cotizar con al menos dos proveedores para comparar costos Asignar proyectos a proveedores que cumplan con los costos, calidad y tiempos de entrega requeridos Organizar y planear los proyectos asignados Coordinar la producción de libros y materiales complementarios desde la recepción de los archivos hasta el ingreso al sistema Administración y elaboración de reportes Trabajar de la mano con las áreas de Editorial, Diseño, Legal, Ventas, Marketing, Finanzas y proveedores externos

Experiencia – Conocimientos y Habilidades

Radicar en la Ciudad de México Licenciatura terminada en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o Contaduría 2 años de experiencia en Compras y licitaciones Experiencia en planeación y producción. Manejo de niveles de inventario Excelente uso de Excel (macros, tablas dinámicas, . Excelente ortografía Inglés Intermedio B1-B2 2 años de experiencia en el ramo de las artes gráficas. 2 años de experiencia en área de compras – licitaciones.
