Job Summary: As a CPQ Functional Lead, you will play a crucial role in deploying the Salesforce CPQ platforms and programs. This role includes significant client engagement and leadership to complete projects and utilize Salesforce CPQ technology.

Essential Functions:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements thoroughly and analyze their business needs in relation to Salesforce CPQ.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on how Salesforce CPQ functionality can best align with and support clients' business goals.
- Assist in creating project plans and timelines, outlining the steps required for successful Salesforce CPQ implementation.
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction and support to ensure the successful execution of Salesforce CPQ projects.
- Play a hands-on role in configuring, customizing, and integrating Salesforce CPQ solutions as per client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards throughout the Salesforce CPQ implementation process.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce CPQ, offering advice and guidance to clients on optimizing their CPQ solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable insights.
- Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, actively managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship to team members.
- Ensure the delivered Salesforce CPQ solutions meet high-quality standards.

RequirementsDuties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain and pursue continuing education opportunities, such as training and certification exams.
- Participate on internal projects.
- Provide expertise and help to others, as needed, on projects. - Performs other duties as assigned. 

Competency:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform data model and object relationships, Sales and Service Clouds
- Thorough understanding of information technology delivery procedures and practices.
- Flexible to changing needs.
- Organized with attention to detail.

- Willingness to get hands on with the product.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer or information science-related field or commensurate experience required.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CPQ processes and workflows.
- Expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Salesforce CPQ certifications are a plus.

Requirements
Tech Details: Experience in developing and scaling cloud based APIs with Python APIs (Flask/Django) JavaScript APIs (NodeJS) NoSQL database APIs (MongoDB/DocumentDB) Experience managing CICD- continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery/ deployment (CD) process Git Jenkins Docker Containers Experience implementing DevOps in web app development (building, integration, testing, and continuous planning) Experience building Data Intensive Cloud hosted APIs (long running APIs managing big data compute) AWS – Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) GCP (nice to have) Experience working in Agile organization – global Scrum teams. Nice to have experience – ReactJS, Airflow, Splunk, Big Databases (Spark, EMR), SQL, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, etc.
