Job Summary:
Reporting into Corporate Human Resources, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our company’s growth and innovation.You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to source and select the best candidates.This role will lead talent acquisition for the Americas corporate team, with primary focus on Sales, Field Tech, and Consulting functions.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of Corporate Recruiting experience Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the tech industry Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications across various domains (e.g., sales, business development, consulting, field tech, support, software development & engineering, IT infrastructure, etc.). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and industry professionals. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations for Mexico, USA, Canada.How You Will Be Successful:
