- Manage Purchasing Orders: Oversee and execute purchasing orders to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules while maintaining quality standards.
- Support Commodity Management: Assist in managing commodity functions to optimize supply chain and procurement processes.
- Maintain Inventory Levels: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
- Data Analysis: Analyze purchasing data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and improve procurement efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, and production, to align procurement activities with business objectives.
Perfil del candidato
Educational Background:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience:- 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management (including internships).
- Experience with purchasing systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Power BI is preferred.
Skills and Knowledge:- Sense of Urgency: Demonstrates the ability to act quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactivity: Takes initiative and anticipates needs and potential issues before they arise.
- Goal-Oriented: Focused on achieving targets and objectives.
- Autonomy: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Technical Competencies:- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI.
Language Requirements:- High proficiency in English.
