As HR Labor Relations Supervisor you will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of the department's objectives, generate synergy with the different departments to achieve corporate goals, as well as work as a team.
Your task will be:
Provide the right Leadership to accomplish the metrics and goals for the year, tunrover rate, Absenteeism and engagement. Provide healthy labor work environment to maintain people stability and engagement Perform training activities for hourly employees including multifunctional certification process Source, select and hire Direct Hourly employees according to Lear profile and operation manning requirements Ensure people services are provided with the right quality, efficiency through innovation and operational excellenceTo succeed in this role, you will need:
Professional career completed; Businees Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations degree. Experience of at least +3 years in similar role into the automotive industry. Management of Union, union contract legitimization. Knowledge of the LFT and STPS,IATF; current labor legislation, labor reforms Extensive knowledge of the local labor market. Managerial skills, personnel management, conflict management Advanced English#LI-DNI
