Mission

The Influencer Marketing Team Leader is responsible for developing and managing influencer marketing strategies that align with the company’s brand objectives and drive engagement, awareness, and conversions. This role involves leading a team, building relationships with influencers, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing performance to ensure impactful, measurable results.


 Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: 

  • Create and implement an influencer marketing strategy in alignment with overall marketing and brand goals.
  • Identify trends, target audiences, and strategic influencer opportunities to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and influencer identification to execution and performance tracking.
  • Ensure campaigns are completed on time, within budget, and meet expected outcomes.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the influencer marketing team, providing direction and support to achieve team and individual goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and foster a culture of growth and collaboration within the team.

Relationship Management:

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations.
  •  Negotiate contracts and terms with influencers, ensuring they align with brand values and compliance standards.

Performance Analytics and Reporting:

  •  Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and present findings to senior management.

Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Support:

  • Work closely with content, social media, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive across platforms.
  •  Support other departments, including product and sales, by integrating influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.

Innovation and Trend Awareness:

  •  Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.
  • Suggest and implement new tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance influencer marketing efforts.


Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Marketing Team Leader
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
  • High energy with a can-do attitude.
  • Pronounced management and leadership skills.
  • Mentoring experience and knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual or proficiency in English is necessary for the job; any additional language skills are a plus.
