Job Title Supply Chain Clerk – Ship&Rec

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for the primary responsibilities listed below.

This includes in-person representation in the Monterrey R&D Center shipping area to ensure outgoing shipments are coordinated.

Primary responsibilities include:

Sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail daily.

Provide the necessary support for preparing documentation for shipment of materials provided by the customer for transport both domestically and internationally.

Boxing of parts for deliveries and shipments. Expedite shipments in a timely manner. Arrange local same day deliveries.

Coordinate shipments of parts to Businesses off-site storage location.

Maintain detailed shipping records (paperwork, record keeping, etc.).Control transportation costs.

Maintain a high level of safety, security and housekeeping (visible appearance of shipping/receiving area to be well-maintained, organized, neat and at no time infringing on floor markings for ingress/egress).

Maintain inventory of packaging materials to be used for shipments.Receive all incoming packages and notify recipients in a timely fashion. Track/Trace shipments as requested.

Generate Packing Slips into SAP for ZF invoicing purposes. Inspect incoming shipments for proper information and quantity. 

Required Skills:

Required to lift up to an average of 25 kgs.

Ability to operate a forklift.

Required to have or obtain Fork Truck DC3 Certification.

Computer skills necessary, including use of Microsoft Office and SAP.

Some weekend and OT support may be required.
