Your Role as a Senior International IT Recruiter:

  • Global Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract highly qualified IT candidates from around the world, ensuring a strong match between candidates and client needs.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with partner companies to understand their specific IT staffing requirements, tailoring your recruitment strategies to meet these needs.
  • Comprehensive Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to offer negotiation and placement, ensuring a smooth and effective experience for all parties involved.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of top IT talent, using a variety of channels and tools.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring they align with the client's expectations.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with both candidates and partner companies, ensuring mutual satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in the IT sector, using this knowledge to inform your recruitment strategies and better serve your clients.

Your Profile:

  • Extensive Experience: A successful track record in IT recruitment, with at least 5 years of experience, ideally in an international context.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively, ensuring productivity and meeting recruitment targets.
  • Multilingual Skills: Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) is essential, with proficiency in additional languages being highly desirable.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and secure the best outcomes for candidates and clients.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across various stakeholders in the recruitment process.
  • Tech Savvy: Curiosity and a proactive approach to staying informed about the latest trends and innovations in the IT sector.
